I disagree. Doom is a great character who gets written by halfwitted hacks three quarters od the time. This story was pure Doomwank and not worth reading at all. There is really only one "Doom gets ultimate cosmic power" story that IS worth reading and ir's Secret Wars (1984).

@@ComicToonVerse Baseline Doom is fine, but it seems that in every story arch with him, they make him into some ultra-cosmic level entity that can beat everyone. A lot of characters have their "stopped holding back" form, or "utltra-form," which is, for the most part dumb as well, but they do it with Doom far too often.

In DC the radiation emitted from Godzilla is similar to kryptonite so Godzilla is passively weakening Superman on top of any attack Superman gets hit with plus this comic isn’t canon to the main timeline we usually follow either

He does know Godzilla showed up in marvel comics decades ago n ran the avengers shit harder than the Justice league n plus it’s also explained in the comic that Godzillas radiation is similar to kryptonite as well plus Godzilla is just known for being absurdly strong no matter what verse he’s in😂

Thor might have a chance, considering Thor possess magical abilities. But he'd have to match Superman's speed, durability, his regeneration ability with the power of the sun. Not to mention that Superman fights tougher villians.

Tbh, Superman is a hated* character with no plot armor. * hated, as in the authors, take every chance to make him defeated by everything... In a fight, Thor would 'technically' have th upper hand because, seen in many comics, superman's lesser known weaknesses are magic and electricity. Two things that Thor uses often.
