I am glad I watched this. I put up empty hanging baskets with a plastic lid with a hole in it pushed over the hook for a little rain shetler. I had no idea I had to worry about Blue Birds now I will take them down and do what you did so the birds are protected.

I have my succys under a 50watt LED right now during the day to assist with the dim fall light. My Chroma seems to be falling apart now 😢

Great collection and Video, I’m just started collecting succulents, my problem is where to put them all in the house. We don’t have 100 degrees here in the UK! I’m on my 7th “string of pearls” so hope this ones survives or I’m giving up with this one

Having enough space is a struggle. I have plants all over the house. I never tried string of pearls cause I know alot of people have trouble with it. I have had really good luck with string of bananas though. It will grow 4 to 5 feet in a season for me. Wish you the best of luck with the string of pearls. Thanks for watching the video!

Nice collection. What zone are you growing in? I'm asking because it looks like you're growing yours in full sun and they're thriving. I'm in zone 9b inland southern California. Most of my succulents only have morning sun or they will burn.

Im in central Kansas zone 6a. Most of my succulents get sun from 7am to 3pm. I also have problems with some of them burning. We have had many days over 100 degrees this year so its been tough on them. If a plant is struggling i move it into to shade until its doing better. For me it seems the greener the plant the more likely it is to burn, especially echeverias and crassulas but overall most seem to adapt to the heat pretty well. Thanks for comment!

Collection looking good :) the shape of your neon breakers is amazing!! Your black prince is looking excellent also (that is one succulent I just cannot grow).

Thank you so much. The neon breakers has been a great plant for me.It doesnt seem to have any problems with the heat or staying inside during winter. Also since i made this video it has started growing a flower spike or new pup!.

are all aloe plants non toxic to humans?

I can not say for sure. They be may safe to use on skin, but i really dont know about if they are ingested. I believe the aloe vera is the most beneficial of all the aloes. I have not used any of my aloes as medicine or anything.
