As a viewer who hasnt watched you beffore, first thing i noticed was your eyes moving every 2 seconds, i think that really threw me off of many things that you were saying, body language didnt seem that confident which made me think your not confident at first, once i watched like half of your video it was clear that you are confident. Its not rocket science, learning to have more confident body language will associate with people thinking of potential. I also checked out your thumbnails for your recent videos and i just cant understand what the video is about. Which in youtube isnt a good thing because if nobody clicks on your video then how will they stay arround? Learn composition and look at what other are doing to make it more clickable too. Something that suprised me is that your model doesnt really match your personality, when i came in i just thought you would be really friendly and awkward maybe, i think geting a model that fits your personality would work better, as i watched the video i think i heard you say you wanted the model to look scary like a dog standing on two legs, my memory is thrash so if im wrong on that my bad. I think that was a really cool idea, but rn you do just look like a little puppy, which probably wasnt what you were going for. I think that sticking to one thing is really important to get blessed by the youtube gods. So having multiple channels even if you abandon one channel for many months is fine, but rn i think you need consistency in that. Hmm if you ever wanted to make your viewer laugh more i would recommend learning comedy techniques, i understand you dont wanna edit so its very important to put VOD in the titles just because a regular youtube watcher expects editing when clicking on a regular video but when writing those three letters its like leting them know. Honestly cliping then uploading it to youtube shorts are a great way to get traction, i think thats a good idea if you decide to do it. I think you should really start focusing on how to get people to click on your videos and the other stuff i mentioned, this was a very long comment i think ima subscribe to see how you will improve. Editing this comment, i tried to watch your other video for a bit, i think you should start streaming considering its more of communication to another person rather then just saying your thoughts out loud to a camera. I do think a little greeting would be good, ik you said you didnt want to "fake it" and i dont think you have to fake it, people are just going to be watching you so you should greet them it doesnt have to be much.

Hi! As a pretty long time vtuber watcher i do think you'd be a creator i would watch!! I've noticed that consistency and (like you mentioned) interesting character design is quite important for first time viewer impressions, I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm an amateur artist looking to expand my portfolio, I'd like to try doing fanart of your character if you're okay with it! or if you ever need thumbnail art for covers or seperated parts for a 4th model i'd be happy to do it! Personally, things that catch me and my friend's attentions even for larger vtubers are covers of popular songs, funny interactions with other content creators, maybe doing something in a mildly unhinged way, could be cooking, attempting to learn an instrument etc. theres the classic (no shame in it) risque content

if you are always like this you'd be a pretty good variety streamer they alway start talking about the most random things during their stories also the yt algorithm is very messed up for people who don't stick to one kind of content so if you want to stay try having 2 or 3 channels for different kinds of contents and promote them on your main one but i'm not an expert just trying to help edit:sorry i didn't see a twitch and thought you weren't streaming i checked that out now

このエピソードは漫画版を先に見てたから、アニメ化された時は「おおっ」と思った。 原作を上手く噛み砕いてバランス良く肉付けした良いOVA作品だと思う。 アニメ本編の救済も兼ねてるのも秀逸。
