As far us I know Khvanchkara or Kindzmarauli wine bottles that are on shelves in our liquor stores has nothing to do with original Khvanchkara or Kindzmarauli wines. The region, those wines are originated from, is very small and there are not to many farms that grows saperavi grape to produce them. Therefore, production is very limited and mostly consumed all by local people in Georgia.

I love the enthusiasm lol. I found some Kindzmarauli at a local wine shop and can't get enough of it. Best wine i have tasted in my life. I'm definitely going to order some of this to try since it seems that in midwest america Georgian wine is very rare to come by. Can't wait to try it

To be honest, the simple and understandable taste of Saperavi is even better than many expensive wines. Suitable for a dinner where you want to drink not too much and are going to have a good time !

This men needs an oscar, but not for acting. Rarely saw a sommelier who can express his emotions so inspirational and still appear so natural. Nobody can stop me now on my way to my first glass of Qvevri wine And if it will be as I expect it to be, I will try my best to get the supermarket I’m working in to sell it 😃
