is shadowstride pulling a dps gain over -1s unmend? what about just sprinting up?

The difference between the 3 options is negligible in terms of DPS so I think about them in terms of utility. As MT I use Unmend if the initial boss positioning is very important, or I "face pull" sprinting up to avoid early pulling. Shadowstride I reserve for OT because it can be prone to early pulling with the aggro change they made to it, but with the correct timing it can give you an extremely consistent start to your opener.

There’s still some fundamental issues with the job I hope they’ll revisit come 8.0, the damage buffs for Drk is only gonna make the double Drk meta that much more certain over making all the tanks viable. However, the mitigation changes is a major step in the right direction. Even abyssal drain getting over double the cure potency won’t make it feel completely useless in dungeons.
