Will it ruin the clutch if they don't have movement?

My ryker 600 sounds similar. I thought it was the motor first but pretty sure it's a clutch now. Thank you for posting

I went to buy a can am about 3 years ago. I heard this noise, knowing nothing about it, I walked away thinking it may need a engine rebuild. So instead I bought a money pit Sportsman 700.... 😂 Great!

Why You cut Like that?
@illdoit543 жыл бұрын
The washer was cut to allow it to sit flat. The surface is curved in one area and prevents the washer from sitting correctly. Cutting the washer solves the problem.

I have a Commander 1000 and I don't have that noise but I will know how to fix it if it happens. Thanks!

Same issue on my Outlander 1000. Was fine when I loaded it on the trailer, drove about 18 miles of washboard dirt road, when to unload and made the same rattle. I assumed bouncing and moving back and fourth on the trailer caused those clutch weights to destroy themselves.

my polaris 300 clutch noise does the very same thing
