Com certeza no Anime antigo a Hotaru é mais forte que a Chibiusa pelo menos fora da forma super já que enquanto lá os ataques da Chibiusa são toscos e no máximo encomodam a Hotaru lá consegue destruir um Planeta Completo e a aniquilou o Faraó 90 junto da Usagi Certainly in the old Anime Hotaru is stronger than Chibiusa at least outside of their Super forms since while there Chibiusa's attacks are crude and at most bother, Hotaru there manages to destroy a Complete Planet and annihilated Pharaoh 90 along with Usagi

Eu já vi um vídeo em que a Hotaru briga com a Chibiusa por um sorvete rosa aí a Chibiusa vira a Black Lady e a Hotaru fica na forma da Mistress 9 aí a Chibiusa usa o argumento dela ser a Princesa da Terra aí a Hotaru se transforma em Sailor Saturno e grita que vai destruir a Terra e aí finalmente a Chibiusa dá o sorvete pra ela e elas tão destransformadas e a Hotaru fico fazendo bico e a Chibiusa disse pra ela só pegar o sorvete logo(I've already seen a video where Hotaru fights with Chibiusa over a pink ice cream, then Chibiusa turns into Black Lady and Hotaru takes the form of Mistress 9, then Chibiusa uses the argument that she's the Princess of Earth, then Hotaru transforms into Sailor Saturn and screams that she will destroy the Earth, and then finally Chibiusa gives her the ice cream and they're untransformed and Hotaru is pouting and Chibiusa tells her to just get the ice cream right away)
