I use car wax on my vinyl windows. Sheds water, protects, and heals light scratches.

What do you suggest for winter climate? I don’t have a hard top and I do drive it in the winter. I have a cover for it if it’s going to snow.
@realjeep064 ай бұрын
Best thing in the cold is to keep them soft and oiled with the 303 as well try to avoid rolling up the rear window. When the rise glass is cold it becomes to bridle to really use properly.

Just curious. Why don’t you have a spare tire?
@realjeep066 ай бұрын
I’d love to run one but the 37” was to heavy and it bent the tailgate using the stock spare tire mount.
@rustyshackelford12306 ай бұрын
@@realjeep06 well sounds like the perfect excuse for a new bumper with tire holder👍 I carry two spares while off roading. And I have had to use both of them in one day. Sound investment, considering one off road tow will cost you what the bumper cost.

Perfect timing finding this video. I have an 05 LJR 6 speed and over the last 4 weeks, every time I hit a pot hole or serious bump in the road, my engine and RPM's will lose power for 1/2 second then pop back on. Just 3 days ago, I hit another pothole and the Jeep shut off then check engine light came on. I pulled over and it started right back up. By the time I got home to pull the code, the check engine light was gone. Is this similiar to what you experienced? I'm thinking it's an electrical issue or PCM. Any thoughts?
@realjeep062 жыл бұрын
Sounds like the same thing I was having! Most likely a faulty PCM but I’d give Mark a call to confirm. Hope this helps you out with your LJ
