I have a theory Pigeons are directly linked to The Most High who guides them home using an invisible frequency that only they can see or hone in on maybe that’s why the world’s leading scientists still can’t figure out fully how they are able to do it.

What do you do when a young bird has been lost for weeks in training then comes home , you race it and it starts scoring point in just about all the races. Does it move forward with you for old bird season?

i would try him as an old bird as well. Birds who came home after weeks, and do it great that are good birds.

Now i understand why you remove them, Birds that came home a couple days after the race and that week after week is the problem. Birds where it happens for one time is possible and no problem. Youngbirds are the future!💪

For what reason remove you the youngbirds? They are already selected by the races? I see many times that youngbirds don’t fly well but if it is a yearling they will do is great. And sometimes the other side. My opinion what’s in there heads is the most important thing.

I understand what you say. But i didn’t remove that much youngsters only the ones im not happy about. I still have 4 young males, and 6 young hens. So i only removed 4/5 young birds from the loft. The point is you can keep them all so you have to makes choices. And i understand the fact that it’s even better to keep your youngbirds until they you race them for 2 years. Then you can make the best decisions about them. But it’s not always possible.

The birds that are not staying in your loft what do you do with them and is this normal for all pigeon fanciers only asking as I am new to pigeons I am in the process of building a loft and then getting some birds Keep the videos coming I really enjoy them

It’s “normal” just because we can’t keep al the birds. I give them to someone that collects all the out selected birds. And he can do with it whatever he wants so. You have to select te birds to get a better colony with better birds etc..

@@roykranendonkRacingpigeons yes I can understand you can't keep every bird and you need to pick the best for the following season for breeding and racing. I was asking to see if all fanciers do this as I will be looking for birds to start me off and if I can get birds this way that would be a great help.

They do it all. Because they dont have an other choices. But out selected pigeons aren’t good to start with so i wont do that. Best is to become a member of a pigeon racing club. And ask other club members to help you on the way with some youngbirds. Where are you from?

Red pepper White cabbage Leek red onion they eat everything except for the red pepper, But you can give them different vegetables, just try what you can buy en feed it in small portions.

Mr Roy, I offer you 8 wise pieces of advice. The selection of your racing or breeding team must be based on very strict criteria and there can be no sentimental considerations. 1- Select only 1% of the pigeons that competed the previous year and won extraordinary prizes to prevent overpopulation. 2- The body conformation must have characteristics such as impeccable health, medium or small size and length. Very strong vitality. Very strong ventbones strength. Well closed ventbone position. Very strong strength. Well balanced. Super strong backs and shoulders. Soft but firm muscles. Low body weight. Soft, long and fine feathers but very ventilated. Silky and thick but flexible plumage. A racing pigeon with these characteristics feels very different from other pigeons when you have them in your hands. 3- Understand the feeding system very well to know when and how to supply carbohydrates, fats or proteins as well as amino acids and vitamins to accelerate or recover physical condition. 4- Have a racing plan not only for racing but also for preparation and training. 5- Properly evaluate the pigeons in the team individually to know which ones to rest and separate them from those that are in optimistic condition since they have different needs. 6- Understand the multiple motivation techniques. 7- A very well built and positioned pigeon loft with an extraordinary ventilation system that can guarantee good health and a pleasant rest for the pigeons. 8- Acquire only the best pigeons. I hope my advice helps you and that you continue to win.

In the first loft, we have 2 departments of 1,50 by 2,50 and height around 1,80-2.00m The last part is 1,80 by 1,80 and 1,90 height
