Such an honest and true evaluation of how we WAV taxi drivers are being screwed by the government, you are right, it is totally unfair and must be in some legal way actually discriminating.

Your right it would be a waste of time . I’m an ex taxi driver in Ireland. Because I had lived in UK I had to get a letter from the police station in UK saying that I wasn’t know to them., for the vetting procedure. That was the total sum of the vetting procedure. How are the Garda vetting someone from Africa ? Bottom line is it’s not possible…so they are not vetted. I was shocked at the number of rapes in taxis, the vetting procedure needs to be much more robust.

Some very valid points. Why aren't bodycams backed up by independent agency. But a Garda/ law enforcement would never tamper or accidentally delete footage

The flashes are not detectable in the first video because the tourist who is taking the video is surrounded by the bright lights of the city.. where as the second video is taken from a position that is engulfed in darkness..would be 1 explanation
