I used to practice this using the old gramophone players and slow down 45s to 33 or in other words singles to album size and loved it .

It is weird, but it works especially if you just need some background music to focus on your work, this version doesn't stress you out, slow and steady to get things done based on your favorite tune.... The regular version can be saved for the weekend ;)
