I got my range of motion back. It’s been seven months now I seem to be in much less pain so doctor didn’t want to give me a second Cortizone shot, but this pain won’t seem to go away and sometimes get set off how long till this is gonna go awaybecause it does hurt my doctor just said I need time but like honestly how much time

Hi have had frozen shoulder for 5 months now with one injection about a month ago. It for sure helped however I am still in pain and still lacking range of motion. Am I looking at surgery as my best option??? I miss having a normal life
