well, you cant buy exp or orns. everything is likely easly accesable for f2p players. all you can buy for real money are sprites and building skins, and some bonus items like for example 5 summoning scrolls or something like that. it isnt game changing, those are not hardly farmable

​@Sowaq You can purchase exp and luck shrines, dungeon and tower keys, exp pots, and dousing rods. surprised they don't just sell tower shards or the classes themselves at this point. Hell, you can even buy aspects.

@@VerakusEtc. Yeah but the price isn't set at the aim of whaling. IE there's a class where you need arena tokens to unlock, you can whale 99 cents for 25, but you need 10k. It's just not realistic to whale in this game. Sure you COULD, but what you get doesn't take more than an hour of farming or a carry from another player.

@@VerakusEtc. maybe some years before shrines were actually rare. dungeon keys never were. now you can get shrine almost every day from conquerors guild, and them also spawn randomly, sometimes you get them as daily gift.. from tower in most cases you get more olympia keys than you lost (unless you die on low level). exp potions are craftable, you cam get one from first dungeon raid, 0 effort.. dousing rids drop from some not very rare monsters, are often sold in the shops.

@cory6940 in other games, Steal skill from thief allows them to steal an item of a monster within it's loot table and after you kill the monster you still get the same item. Effectively you get a duplicate of the same item after a successful steal.

That could be something, but lets be real the only thing you Will steal is a consumable and not a piece of gear. Lol imagine just having your 1 off each world raid and dont need to kill them just steal every time the cd off xD

They pretend to be idiots or must have a mental retardation, especially that shit Oddie, if it wasn't already extremely difficult to drop an ornate item, they make it even more difficult to farm the scroll, that is, they don't want people to get the item drops, it's that simple

@@rotcivsomar8087 nah, i dont think so. i guess their vision of how they want the game to be and how the players want it is sometimes just pretty far apart. i guess many started to play a few years back when covid hit or shortly before and at that time it was mostly couch gaming. also i guess players really liked the old school rpg like game for what it was, couchy rpg with very few gps elements. now with events like this its getting pretty time consuming, more gps and less couch xD and people like me arnt ready to switch to HOA cause of the progress and loot they made through all time and NF doesnt offer the option to transport a char from Orna to HOA so players will complain about every coming event thats too time consuming.
