I see a list of games but with no real reason for the hate. I'm wondering if your not just one of the bandwagon people who hates it because there is a loud group of people who like to get mad and hate everything. Veilguard so far to me has been a great game I have no real complaints. So many people don't give things a try they just listen to that loud group of angry people and then take the same opinion as them.

Veilguard i haven't played (but my sister shared her review), and im not saying its a bad game, but calling this a dragon age is a travesty. And yes, i think "non-binary" in medieval fantasy game is cringe, if you want to portray these conflicts and express your position, DO IT. But do it metaphorically, the way they've done it is literal, its verbatim twitter drama 2024 and it suuuuucks. Imagine a conservative game like Kingdom Come Deliverance (which is mediocre for me for other reasons) depicting a race conflict from conservative way in such manner? Wouldn't you cringe? Just reverse the situation, imagine its a conservative trying to make a point using modern twitter language, in a medieval setting, what would you think? It's aweful, and people responsible for this are hacks. Sorry if i offend you, i dont think you're stupid for liking this or anything, Veilguard is a fine as an action rpg with pixar style, but its writing is terrible (ive watched plenty of streams of Laura K Dale)

Yea no prob I respond to just about every comment. I've said myself veilguard didn't feel like dragon age in some of my streams but doesn't make it a bad game. I've actually enjoyed the story so far which has always been my favorite part of all the dragon ages so the combat changes don't bother me much. I agree there's too much real world issues making there way into these games now a days but I haven't seen anything overly pushy in the veilguard at least so far. The only part I've seen was the gender mirror thing, not a big deal it doesn't affect you if you don't want to be part of it but for those who are it includes them. The gaming industry in general has been striking out lately but that said I usually stray to the positive side and see the good in the game rather than the bad. Gaming has made some massive improvements since the days of playing on the old Super Nintendo story wise graphics wise everything doesn't suit everyone but there's way more positive in modern gaming than negative I'd say.

Youre alright bud everyone can have their opinions. I see so many people being negative about everything and other people feed off of it. The loudest people are always the ones who have negative things to say because people who enjoy things generally just enjoy them and don't go out of there way to make it known like the negative ones do.
