Don't know how to get out of tactical view on my laptop. Can't do anything with my mouse nor do the up/down keys on the keyboard get me out of this. Any help? What did you do?

Did you try hitting T? I think T should be the bind for tactical view. Otherwise scrolling the mouse wheel I think should move you in or out also

Yea no problem. If your mouse has a scrolling wheel between the buttons that would be it. If not you may want to get a mouse with one it's good for gaming
