People should do their own thinking and connection to Qur'an and Sunnah as people should have their own direct connection to what Allah has gifted us to be grateful and mindful of our own connection to Allah who created and sustains us.

Alhamdulilah for your Khutbah brother. I have seen talks amongst muslims. I want to see people knowledgeable about Qur'an, Seerah and Sunnah and longing for Khilafah and Jannah. I think people gravitate around values but general discussions sometimes end up gravitating around some secular value or routine... Guidance comes from Allah. Victories come from Allah.
