The interior is similar to the house I built in the Romanian countryside. I could never have afforded to live in the UK countryside. The closest I got to that countryside was when I did selection for UK special forces.

If this was in the Cote D'azur or the French Alps then it would be quite feasable, but to sink so much capital into a property that is located in a traditionla dull, wet and damp climate whilst spending all of your summer weekends trying to keep the weeds down. I think this one best be to avoided as the Amalfi Coast, Sardinia etc and more attractive option. Buyers need to also consider the NHS, conditon of roads to and from the property including security in a remote location as well as rivers flooding and how many days do you get in a year of abover 20 - 25C honestly? Maybe the new Aston Martin CEO could consider this but a bit of daily drive? Anyway Good Luck and count the people who have the left the UK as a third world country with deep regret, but life today is firmly outside the UK, as ask Philip Green, Michelle Moan and others.

Thank you for your comments - Wales has to be one of the most beautiful parts of the world, possibly not for you, but for so many others who have enjoyed every moment with its rolling hills and unbelievably pretty valleys. It is accepted that the weather does not align with foreign climates but that is part of the appeal. We wish you well in your search for a new home, presumably outside the UK?

Where are people leaving the UK going to? Hopefully not NZ, which is a mess. Good luck getting enrolled at a GP or getting an appointment. Hospitals failing. Education system failing. Roads with potholes to damage your car. On and on.
