Don't quite understand your question. The way I practice target pool normally is trying to record a very solid 5. May be on first or second try. May take 2-3 hours depending on the difficulty of the shot. Later, if you think the position is important but you struggle with a shot you can practice it more til you are satisfied with your performance. After playing a shot over 100 times you should know, what a good performance is for your level of play (May be to average 3, may be to get perfect 5 every time, may be to land on a target once in a while).

Excellent reference shots. I'll have to try these soon and see how difficult they are for me. I usually play on a 7 foot diamond so the paths might require slight adjustments in english compared to your 9 foot table. What would you say is your accuracy on these shots for the position (speed wise)? close to 80%? 90%?

What do you mean with accuracy? Averaging 3 points (with the numbers on the target) is superstrong on most of these positions. (I am probably a slight underdog to shoot 30 in 10 innings). I will miss most of these shots 20-30% of the times. But it's great peactice for aiming with inside english, stroke and position play. And you can measure your improvement easily.

@@One-Pocket-Ghost That's exactly what I meant. I didn't even notice the scoring on the targets so I didn't know that's how you measured success here. It's good to keep things quantitative so you can keep track of your progress/improvement. 30 in 10 innings does sound very good now that I can read the targets.

When I play badly, it doesn't make the video ^___^. But thank you. I am glad it helps

Do you have a goal in mind? say 50+ with all 10+ games? That 15 ball run was quite nice, great positioning on the 6 and 10 towards the end.

running 50, 55 or 60 would be great milestones. I will happily upload my first 50+ and my first 60+ if I happen to catch it on camera. I am definitely curious, how good I can become practicing this game. But I kinda just enjoy the ride. Enjoy seeing me improving with every practice session. Improving precision in bumping into balls, precise 1, 2 and 3 rail paths, pocketing, speed contol, banks, combinations... Definitely best practice game for me for my actual skill level ^___^

Thanks for pointing out. End of the run is missing, you are right. I did pocket the 9 but missed bank on the 1. Some mistake on my side with editing. Here is the full video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3aWppWJiLucn9ksi=nrT_eUS2mMsu3rf5

Ok, so I found your channel through your BU exam scoring videos. This is quite possibly one of the most impressive showing of pool abilities I have ever seen. Well done.

did practice the banks after this one. Managed 15 ball run with no BIH the next day. Having to bank almost the same ball :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnS5ZnWFnt6Ag8ksi=EO8tD6cglVuTiieB
