this is a nice trail to warm up on for the day. love the paver berms they've put in over the last few years. especially since you can do a little hucking off of them if you've got some speed.

@GVRscootateam bike park doesn't open till the end of June normally. best time to go is end of July/early August. gives time for the snow to melt from the winter.

I actually had fun on this trail, as it's easy to maintain 20-30 mph. Nice to visit late in the day when the casual traffic dies down and you're tired from some of the more popular trails like Twilight Zone, Recoil, Jill's Jumps, etc. I cross Kamikaze into Lower Shock Treatment, Richter, and take that little double black diamond hill on the bottom back to the gondola, rather than going through Beach Cruiser.

Wow. Can't believe I skipped this. Took Break Through instead of Bullit, cause Bullit looked like straight up boulders and pedal strike central and the other trail looked too easy. Ended up riding Paper Route back. @ best drop at mammoth. What about the drop after Recoil? The sheer rock face drop, visible from the Gondola. Leads into that platform and into a narrow mini jump line with a lot of doubles and paver bermed turns. I was too scared to attempt that one.

Looks different this year. Would hit this after doing Recoil. Top begins with a step up jump and gets into almost 100% paver half bowl type twisty bermed turns and tabletops, has 2 more wall rides before the long curved wall ride and 2 ladder drops. Never knew about the tables going the shuttle route. Always went the gondola route.

Looks different this year. Right before it meets up with Kamikaze, there's a rock garden, leading into a ladder ramp, into a tiny log drop. Saw someone break a rib in front of me on said rock garden today.
