After three months of follow-ups, I still haven't received any response from your end. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the high cost of these bags and the lack of customer support. I'm convinced that there are competing products that offer better reliability, such as the Lone ride, for example. In light of this situation, I no longer plan to purchase products from your brand. I sincerely hope that you will take these feedbacks into consideration to improve your products and customer service in the future.

How crash resistant outer material is ? Will this survive slide with KTM 890 ADV R on gravel , stones or brunches ?

This video needs to be redone as the demo is poor and the "just do this" and "there you go" without actually showing anything, especially when what you're supposed to be demo'ing because users don't know, is the but you skipped over! Bizarre. And there's nothing said about the straps in the top corners and where they go... Again, bizarre.

There's should be some foam pads in the bottom of those that hard plastic could easily crack a phone if the phone not in a phone case

Got Sandstorm 4h tankbag and very pleased with design and quality so now ordered Monsoon 3. Not planning in touring my crf300l but well set up with dream-fulfilling luggage.

Just got the 4h, so impressed by the quality. Fitted easily, love the quickly removable clips.

Pretty poor comparison IMO. Could you mount on the bike? Could you put smartphone in, water bottle etc...
