Pretty cool. I have the C400 and I use the 24-105 2.8RF 99% of the time. These are some cool looks.

First of all thank you for making this video! I was very curious about this. Could I ask, Did the CA clean up at all when stopping down 2 stops or so? Also, did you try any non manual aperture lenses like the EF 24-105 to see if the iris works? Thank you in advance!
@PiImageАй бұрын
the CA does clean up when you stop down but i didn't try the 24-105

This is very impressive, subscribed to your channel already. Even the more established KZbinrs don't go into this much low level details on the sensor of a camera. Noticed you guys are a Canon shop (for pragmatic reasons obviously), I'm more in the Blackmagic camp, I'd like to listen to your thoughts on the Blackmagic workflow and any other their cameras if/when you can get you hands on one.

Just want to inform you that the EL zone system requires a log source for it to map the stops correctly. How are you managing to use graded grabs and calculating the stops latitude?
@PiImage11 ай бұрын
We Inverted the Rec 709 Signal back to Arri Log C and Sandwich it back to Rec709 so EL zones can work correctly in delivering the accurate values reflecting available information from the Log data.
@Ghassan.albalushi11 ай бұрын
No, because the Rec 709 CST doesn’t magically recover color and luminance info
@PiImage11 ай бұрын
The goal was never to alter manipulate or recover details. the purpose of inverting the color space is to properly interpret the available data and i believe to that purpose it did it justice @@Ghassan.albalushi
