Hello! For those suggesting using Velcro/hook and loop, thank you for your input! However, having tried Velcro and other hook and loop brands in the past, here are my OPINIONS: A hook and loop solution 1. Runs the risk of delaminating the screen/lid enclosure and/or at the least, warping the surface, 2. Mounted accessories are much harder to remove and slightly harder to reaply, 3. Over time, the adhesive comes loose 10 times out of 10. I have used original Velcro and other hook and loop strips and they always start peeling after a while. 4. Look ugly AF when nothing is mounted. Aesthetics are important to me when functionality is not required. When nothing is mounted to my laptop, I'd rather it not look like a furry tray. Magnets are a far better and more elegant alternative. I have tried and tested this setup for 1 year, 2 months and it was still holding up until I removed them and redid it for filming. There is a good reason why magsafe is magnetic , not velcro. Again, these are my opinions but you are most welcome to disagree if you have a different solution. If you have a solution that satisfies the above criteria but is NOT Velcro, please do chime in as well!

@@erwickdsouza I use black on a black external SSD, and curvy cutter white on a silver Mac. So it looks like decorative. And it is easy to replace. But, everyone chose his own way.

Magsafe sticker and case?

I don't understand. You can use those too, but this is more likely a sturdier solution.

I was a jazz drummer, lol. I chose to omit them here for simplicity. This is a "how to get started" video, not something for mastery.
