Hun, there are no Pros of living in Belleview. Zero job opportunities, only one restaurant can manage to pass the health inspection, violent crime, high rents for what they're offering, drugs EVERYWHERE, people can't drive for shit, Duke energy prices are insane, grocery prices are through the roof, businesses closing left and right. Nothing good to say about it. Cannot wait to leave.

I live in Brandon it is average at best. Feels like you live in Guatemala. Doctors are hard to find and customer service is bad. Not a place to build your life more like bring your riches it’s so expensive here. Not worth the money imo. We are moving back up north asap. Can’t find decent work here that pays a good salary. It’s soooooo hot and humid most of the year you will stay indoors.

No pros but many cons just released from prison. Make sure you have a backup car because there is no public transportation ( comes once an hour if on time, most of the drivers are retired drivers from other states and could careless) Hell would be a better place to live

I live in Leesburg. The Real estate is way over priced here. Homes are so overpriced that you need a be rich or wealthy to afford here. Rent is ridiculous. The hospitals here are pathetic. For Veterans, the hospitals don’t take Tricare or the VA. The VA here is a joke. The mall that is in the background has only a few stores and is also a joke. This area is a waste of space.

I’m sorry but I just went to look at a new sub division in Haine city literally 8 mins away from what looks like crime hill. Not worth the price to just get robbed terrible location, lake county is the way to go. Unless you have a lot money to get deeper into Haine city where it’s actually nice.

Nice video. Im not from fl but had a few questions .. 1. The grass in the backyard of the homes..is it child play friendly or will i have to take them to a park where the state or community might have had to prep the grass for recreational use? I hear the ants can be bad along with the blade of grass itself almost has a crab grass like feel in some areas..is odessa one of those areas? 2. Is there alot of diversity in shopping and restaurants in the area that you know of?
