The picturesque expectations of the average consumer to have house robots look like humans is delaying their potential to be small ubiquitous parts of our walls/floor, our kitchen sink, working area, our doors, wardrobe, etc.

Yeah, your probably right, but this is going to be funny how the robot will burn clothes with the iron or just make deep wrinkles in them ..anyway.. we will live the first generations of various robots who are meant to be like a Betatesting in software. After some time they might get better... how fast ..who knows ? I never thought we are going to see humanoid robots in our everyday life when i watched the movie : " I, Robot " I was so wrong ! They are coming in the next few years ( may be 2 to 5 years from now ). I am soo excited !

@@MrRandomPlays_1987Yes, there are different versions, the cheapest one will probably cost around €20,000 and there will be some without legs on castors, i.e. limited versions for around €5,000. In any case, I read about prices like that somewhere in a longer article.
