I remember visiting them on a field trip when I was in the 2nd or maybe 3rd grade at Walnut Bend Elementary in the early 90s. They showed us their culture and made us fry bread, and showed us their native dance. I have fond memories of that field trip. Thank you to the Alabama Coushatta.
