@robalexanderofficial i didn't know the difference as a kid.but I tried both. Taking a handlebar to the gut off a homemade curb and brick ramp trying to bar spin. Between 8-10. Later on used a freestyle x games bike at the bellflower BMX track. Really have been looking for a bike the last few day. Called a few bike shops Walked into some was completely ignored Walked out. Too bad.

Sick! I love both race and freestyle. If you can find your way to Epic Bmx in Westminister, they have a TON of bmx bikes in stock. Franks Bicycles in Long Beach and Bellflower are good too! Hope you find a bike soon!

Thanks for posting this. Love your style and your insights. Tried to swap out spindle on my Subrosa…crank boss bolt is stripped. The cranks are Banging 8s. Hopefully I can get the bolt out…AND replace with a working one and salvage the cranks, otherwise, going to be shopping. So Rant Banging 8s over Mission Transit V2s?

Some people don't like it because the back end is not chromoly this one guy said that if you're heavyweight it might bend in the back I bought it because it was a hundred bucks. My choice would be the GT team Tate something something City grounds has it real cheap for like 395 out the door usually it's about 6:00 something and they have another GT the pro model for like 359 usually about 579 and I like the thrusters the big bikes also the Eastern has really good value online right

Yea I can understand that. I’ve snapped only one frame my while life, and I don’t really remover bending one. The frame I snapped was a Federal prototype that the homie got from a pro on federal. It was ridden very hard before I had it, plus it was a prototype, so it wasn’t even the final product. But yea, frames nowadays are very strong and should hold up, just as long as you buy one from a core company.

It was a great bike! I also got it for a very good price, but $120?! That is a steel! I ended up selling it to a friend that wanted another BMX bike, but when I had it, it was great! geometry was great, and very responsive. I wouldn’t mind getting another one in the future.

is it a 2022 salvador? both the normal salvador and the XL should have sealed bearings all round but idk if it depends on where you buy it

Sealed bearing all around, yes. What I meant to say is that the front hub doesn't have protective dust cones like all the high end hubs have. Instead they have 4 nuts. But yes, everything is sealed.
