You are aboslutely right that 6,000 SF for most people is a very large house and more than adequate for sure. Most people in LA (and anywhere else) would be happy with a house of that size. However, for many owners in these areas with large properties, 6,000SF is significantly smaller than what is currently allowed and greatly impacts their property value. Of course, with the on going fires (this was recorded before the firest started), the context of this discussion has changed. We do anticipate the ordinance to still pass, but it's adoption will likely be a bit further delayed.

Frequent renter of homes in Cero Del Vigia, looking across the bay at CT. What an incredible property, as everything that EZ does is incredible. Only suggestion would be to repair the displaced roof tiles visible in some of the shots. Great video!!!!!
