What about a sudden death and inheritance for example the ability to put 80 percent down due to inheritance instead of the original 20% down? What is the method to document that large deposit?

Should umbrella contractors pay for apprenticeship levy? We are taking the cost on behalf of the umbrella company right? So shouldn’t we have access to the DAS Account to get the training we pay for? Can we get a statement of how much we have contributed and use this towards training? If not then we are basically paying and the umbrella companies are using our money to train their own staff right? This needs to be looked into.

Here's the problem with the inevitable switch over to private health care. You pay a minimum of £100 per month for a young healthy person, and they supply and smart watch to check your activity. If its to low your premiums go up. Also you're paying to see the same gps and specialist that you would get in the nhs test in my experience, and 90% of you reading, is pretty poor at gp level and not very good at tests level either. A friend of mine living in America had a heart attack and was stented. His insurance cover him for ,$110,000 per year and per event. The stent with meds cost you guessed it. With a asprin costing $30 each in hospital with even a glass of water being charged. I had similar in the UK and private would have been in the region of £30,000 possibly less. His premiums have become unaffordable and do not cover the same event again in that cost and what he has is used up so his meds have to be payed at source. The doctors have very costly medical negligence insurance. Yes you will get seen quickly and with a smile and not have mix with the people that are destroying the health service. Essentially this has to push up wages and inflation and a massive divide will depend in the health of Britain. You can't blame those going to a&e to be seen because gps are driving that. I actually got see a doctor the other day and he didn't even get out of his chair . He merely shone a torch into my mouth for 6ft away and said it might be oral thrush dispite seeing the pharmacist and was told its not thrush and I should see a doctor. Also, and very important, if you don't declare something like headaches in your youth then developed say a tumour in later life and they see that early investigation , you will not be covered. There will then also be a tear system as not all gps and doctors snd surgeon are created equal= pay more and get better so that £100 wouldn't even get you in the door of the better ones. But it will happen anyway so prepare for some turning of a blind eye. People are abusing the nhs and many should not be entitled so between those and the gps its finished

This sounds like such a setup call... There isn't any real info here you can't find anywhere else. It cracked me up when he said "...it's optional" and she responded with "So if you don't want it you don't have you don't have to and if you do, you do..." Really informative.

Why don't you focus on real fraud: the one the lenders (banks) carry out every time they grant a loan! One of the main principles of Contract Law is "full disclosure". There are many elements of the so-called contract that are omitted and the borrower is none the wiser! Example: you will not be made aware that this sum borrowed is insured in the event of a default or more importantly, that the application is securitised and sold.

I have yet to be given a completion date, seller is saying he is waiting on developers solicitors to confirm a date how long do I expect to wait on this to be confirmed, seller states property is ready and not waiting on anything apart from date to be confirmed, been a week and yet no responses
