I'm so sorry to hear you're going through difficult times and hope whatever it is you're going through, know people care about you! I'm doing good. I've managed to find something different than WW that works for me and my chaos with two boys lol. I'm sticking to high protein and I just started going to the gym at 5 am 3x a week and even manage an occasional Saturday spin class! I've found such clarity in doing something for myself and it's helping me so much. I cut out the late night snacking! I'm down 18 pounds since June so I'm hoping to keep up with it. Your videos were very encouraging to me and so positive and helped me to keep going! I pray you & your family are well.

I’m sorry to hear about your son darlin, how did he get on at his appointment? @@amysahuman5049 Hey Amy! It came back as mild hearing loss due to fluid in both ears. They will see if the fluid goes away, and if not, surgery to get tubes. That is a piece of cake compared to not being able to hear at all! I'm so thankful. The journey isn't over, but so glad it's off to a good start.
