My dear that lightening shower gel won’t help your knuckles. Try other brightening shower gel with very good ingredients. With good moisturizer it will fade away. From experience

It’s not a lightening cream, it’s most likely taking you to your normal complexion that’s if you aren’t exposed to excessive sunlight while using it because that’s another reason it could be darkening you.
