Next season team will have more experience and honestly they can probably feel number 13 heading into their trophy case already. this team exceeded expectations that no one would have every thought off. Many people thought Sam Houston was gonna be the one to dethrone the powerhouse this season but 15-1 in district play, district champion, number one seed in non select division 1, runner up state champion.

Down 1, no outs In the middle of a playoff games. this kid is only a freshman playing at a powerhouse school. He already exceeded expectations as a freshman. He has no real playoff experience up until now so there’s a lot that could go wrong for sure.

You could tell he was nervous. Kid is only a true freshman though. Already being one of the youngest verbal commits he definitely has a bright future. But pitcher knew what he was doing by throwing up and in. Could have been an accident but who knows.

It’s neutral. Technically mcneese state field is close enough to barbe to be consider a home game for them but with a 3 game series. The host is the home team of game 1 then the away team is the home team in game 2 and if needed game 3 home team is the host.

The only difference is Barbe is a national powerhouse. Iowa is one of the Louisiana powerhouse. Iowa is always good team making it to sulphur. Sadly though up until last year they could never get the job done.
