This saddens me to read. Please talk to God throughout the day and while you’re at it ask him to fill this void. Our children fulfill us because we have made a career of caring for them throughout our lives. The fact that they have grown up and can live life on their own speaks volumes to the great mother you are. Unfortunately, as they grow up they don’t always mature emotionally or spiritually enough to know that honoring their parents as adults means checking on them, talking with them, visiting them, asking for their advice just like they ask their “friends” who don’t even know as much as you. Sometimes they don’t realize that your life once filled with activities surrounding raising them is no longer in existence and that you long to hear about their lives and would welcome a conversation or a visit. I learned as I got older that I never knew the things my mother experienced until I reached the exact age she was when she experienced them. But that doesn’t mean adult children have to be dismissive and uncaring. Many are selfish, or too busy to be thoughtful, or simply don’t understand the concept of honor your father and mother that your days may be long in the land and so that life will go well for you. When children are little they should obey their parents. When we become adults there should never be a time we do not honor them. Blessings to you of love and happiness.

As long as these kind of preachers are out there, we have work to do. They don’t wanna talk about sin. They won’t tell you to repent, so you can be a new creature in Christ. Keeping his law through the power of the Holy Spirit. You just gotta believe. Woaw! No need for obedience.

Jesus said repent of ALL SINS not just certain ones. Remember, as christians one must read the bible each day and APPLY the teachings in your life. Go make disciples share your faith with people. You no longer do what you want but do what God wants. Jesus said on judgement day many will say LORD LORD but he will REJECT THEM because they did not TRULY COMPLY AND OBEY his teachings from heart. You must be 100% HOT for christ, jesus said if your a lukewarm halfhearted christian he will spit you out he mentions this in the book of revelations. So is the reader of this comment 100% serving Christ or half heartedly??? Many will be called few will be chosen.

Thank you for watching! Our beliefs about Jesus come from God's Word. Here are a few scriptures that may help you in learning a little more about Jesus and who He really is: John 1:1-2, John 1:14, Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Hebrews 4:15, John 2:1, Luke 1:1-4, Romans 3:23, 1 Corinthians 15:3, Colossians 1:14, 1 John 1:7, Hebrews 10:19, Matthew 28:6, Romans 1:4, Romans 8:1, 1 Corinthians 15, Luke 24:50-51, 1 John 2:1-2, Hebrews 7:25, Acts 1:11, Titus 2:13, Revelation 1:7, Revelation 11:15, Philippians 2:9-11

Yeah, you didn't actually read the Bible. Had you read the Bible, you would know that you don't need to have other people notice anything.

Thank you for watching. Our reading of the Bible tells us to share the Gospel. In this short excerpt, Pastor Bill is giving two easy ways to open the conversation.

Matthew 6:16-18: Jesus instructs his followers to fast in secret, without making a show of it. He says, “But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly”. Jesus' message is that fasting should be about humility and leaving room for God to meet us where we are. God doesn't need you to do anything for Him. You do these things largely for your benefit. Praying for someone else .... I dunno if that does anything for the other person.

Praying for other people is absolutely powerful and of course God doesn’t need anything from us but he wants things like our love, and us to love each other he desires that everyone would come to repentance. Timothy 2:1, James 5:16, Matthew 22 37-39

Thank you for watching! The third practical tool is to know the truth. You can find it at 27:30 in this video. Pastor Bill starts there by saying, "the last thing is this..."

By far the hardest thing for us as Christians in the US is just how comfortable we've become in our faith because for most American Christians, we've never truly tested in our faith and if we truly are willing to suffer for it like so many in other countries do on a daily basis.
