They are projectors that bring colour into some parts of the shows but they don't work most of the time

What is the difference between low and full power shows? I can tell on certain shows like Sama Dubai, Baba Yetu, and Bassbor Al Fourgakom, as those use hypers in place of extremes. I can also see the difference with Dhoom Taana, the ending and beginning are different. But on shows like this and Ensan Aktar I cannot see a difference.
