Sesshomaru tries to hide it. He tries to pretend it's not true. Tries to act cold and heartless and dissociated and distant. But there is much more of his father in him than he will ever admit. COULD ever admit. The truth is, he is more like his brother and father than he wants to be, and that is why his father gave him TENSAIGA and not TESSAIGA. So it would lead him on a path to realize and understand the other kinds of strength that he doesn't understand he, his father, and brother all share in common. So he can learn to understand how that doesn't make him weak, but even stronger than ever. He was actually well on that journey early on. After all... he had no reason to save Rin as she lay in her own blood in the snow. He had no reason to let her follow him, and less to take care of her and less even than that... ...to become so angry immediately and fight so furiously to protect her whenever she was in danger. Oh, yes. He tries to deny it but he has much in commonnwith his father and brother. And he does eventually come to understand why that was not a weakness, as he once thought... but a strength.

11:57からの桔梗様に金縛り？にされるかごめちゃんが好きだったなぁ。 青白く光ってるのが神秘的というかなんというか。 鼻が利く犬夜叉が解除されるまでかごめちゃんに気付かないっていう なんかすごそうな技だったけど結局その話でしか使わなかったのが残念。

Naraku was one of the best anime villains in anime ever: evil, machiavellic, traitorous. Even his own minions hated him and had to do hisbwilling or risk annihilation

最初、剣が犬夜叉に渡る事に 特別な何かがあると思ってたら 単純に半妖であるリスク解消の為の お守り、お助けアイテムだったとはねw 親父が殺生丸に剣を渡さなかった理由は なんのリスクもないしっかりした妖怪だから 自分で自由にやりなさいという リスペクトだったので面白かった。 逆に武器を渡した事で自分が半妖と同じ 劣った存在だと誤認を避ける配慮。 話の作り込み、終盤での伏線回収が 最高でした。
