Dont care what anyone else says, I fuckin love the design of the gyan strom its so cool! Seeing that beyblade shield in the movie in action was pretty sick.

I'd say that the Michaelis works better as an updated Gyan than this does. One of the distinctive design aspects of the Gyan was how rounded many parts of it were, and this suit has none of that. If it weren't for the visor shape I'd never have even considered this to be a Gyan.

Kinda weird to see the shoulders/arms of this Gyan Strom being _incompatible_ with other HG SEED Freedom Movie kits. I thought they're pushing up the compatibility of every HG SEED Freedom kit with each other, but I was wrong 🤔🤔🤔

Even the WFM kits are more cross-compatible with each other than this Gyan with other HG SEED Freedom movie kits, and that's _despite_ WFM having different illustrators for each in-universe industry/"faction". The so-called "SEED Action Frame" should've been more universal on this SEED Freedom line, yet this Gyan had _incompatible_ shoulders 🤨

Just want to mention I'm pretty sure the kit uses the Space pack and the image you showed was the Flight pack so the grey is inaccurate

You know, I don't get why putting on stickers is seen as a such a chore. Here, they seem pretty easy to put. And overall, I can't remember High Grades setting up such a standard of parts/color separation before.

But the blue haired chick amalee voiced in the dub who the movie established wasnt evil, but just desperate for affection gets killed without a second thought

this is one of my favorite kits, the colors are pleasing as well. interesting though mine did come with beams for the sabers! now i need space for more gundams that have large wings x)

I hated the character piloting it, but this GYAN Strom is easily one of the movie's better designs, alongside the Z'GOK disguise for Athrun's Infinite Justice upgrade.

I personally used a yellow beam for the saber/rapier. Feels more appropriate for a Gyan derivative. Also, I was interested in this the moment I saw it in the trailer.

it is still strange that SEED Destiny all of a sudden ZAFT named their Mobile Suits after Universal Century Zeon units while other Gundam alternate universes at best only has the same model number but not the actual MS's name.

The beam axe looks similar to the type that the Slash Zaku Phantom had, obviously a new mold though. And like the Gelgoog Menace, the Gyan's back looks like it can accept Wizard Packs.

Definitely a good move to prioritize the mobile suit mode handling over wave rider. I always like transformations but when they compromise the regular mobile suit's handling I think twice about buying. Rather the robot was solid than the fighter was.
