Val Lee, a local agent should be avoided at all costs. We (and other people we know who also rented with her as an agent of LF) have found her to be rude, untrustworthy and quick to put blame on the tenant if there are faults with the house. We recommend looking elsewhere for a letting agent if you are hoping for reliability and accuracy (especially if you are a foreigner because her word does not always match what other local people say about things like bills, where to find things and prices of rentals).
