The game is called Fragsurf, you can play it for free on Steam on your computer. It is a recreation of combat/trick surfing modes from counterstrike source

Yea it’s a cool map, it was made for the 2023 Halloween mapping contest by Sid. Someone compared it to the game Dusk aswell which is pretty accurate
