I went into Stock luxury and State Homes in wildblue and couldn’t find the Clairborne ll model. Where cam I find it and what is the price.

@@Peter-ok9bj Are you working with a realtor? I can help with the process. Potentially help you negotiate better incentives and price at zero additional cost to you. To answer your original question: It’s further down the road. Instead of turning left and entering the parking lot you would continue to drive down the main road and it will be on the right with a sign in front.

Im not in the area. Im in NYC doing research. I went to the stock luxury homes website and could not find the Clairborne ll the only other house in the Lapis series isbthe Wyndam lx. I wanted to see the floor plan of the Coairborne. Can you give me an idea the prices of the 100 foot lots?

@@eclecticmakerspace I wondered that myself while filming. I should have asked. Every other home in the isles has a screened in lanai. You’ll be able to see that in the video I’m releasing this Friday on the whole neighborhood. I’m assuming they may have left them off for the models because some people think it looks nicer without the screen

@@Sarasotabound3032 thanks for watching. The HOA fees will be roughly 400/month. A little less for the Clipper series and possibly a little more for a larger home in the catamaran series. I will double check on the CDD fee. It’s somewhere between 1800-2900. Are you looking for a home in Lakewood Ranch?

Thanks for watching. If you count the room in the back right it’s considered a 4 bedroom. If my memory serves me that room does not have a closet but it is very large and has an on suite bathroom. @@tcw831 the pricing varies quite a bit depending on the lot premium. This home on this lot will be around $2.8M right now but you can get it for much less on a preserve lot. Are you interested in the neighborhood yourself?

I hope I can get some answers to this but I probably will have to visit in order to see for myself. Walking paths? Bike paths? Parks? How close are the stores? Can you walk to the store or do you always have to get in the car? Can you bike to the store and back easily? I don’t see this allot in most communities. Everything is around the car, not people. There is no place(s) to meet up, laugh, dance, and people watch. Our towns and suburbs used to be like this for centuries until the 1940’s and 50’s. I would love the convenience of living in a city, but the quiet of the suburbs.
