I am so glad that you put this sticker on the container. Had I not watched it I would have thought what in the world is the deal! I'm sure I would have been grossed out too but now since I watch this it all makes sense. Thanks!❤

Oh I hate those early morning leg cramps. Which type of Magnesium is best? There's so many types such as Glycinate, Malate, Citrate. Or does it matter?
@7heplay9619 күн бұрын
There is no such thing like Bulgarian "YOGURT"... Yogurt is a Greek "brand" of fermented milk, in Bulgaia we have "Кисело мляко" or "Sour Milk". And to compare Bulgarian Sour milk with any kind of Yogurt, even Greek is like to compare Mercedes A class with MERCEDES MAYBAH...

@ΕΛΛΗΝΑΣΑΥΤΟΚΡΑΤΟΡΑΣ in Bulgaria we don't call it yogurt. But in English this is the word, and I'm writing in English now. From Bulgarian it's literally translated as 'sour milk'

Any examples of this process being done for years? Less obesity on aged? are there less muscles scared and arthritis?. Or are there bodies just as damaged and abused as people that made a living and made time for a family and place in society besides a jim rat. Thank you for information even though i only understand a fraction of what you said even with being a retired male nurse no p.h.d. by my name. Sticking to walking 4 miles every other day a mild resistance exercise on my days i don't walk. I record my protiens- carbs -fat and fluid intake.

Remember a Epsom salt bath also increases your sulfate levels too, that helps with muscle relaxation as well, it’s not all about magnesium

In case you perform these steps, it will help manage hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by washing it often. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with litttllextra ccoconinon shampoo. Apply some oil to your scalp 2-3 times each week. After cleansing your hair, lightly pat it dry with a soft towel.

Upon trying this cooconiooon hair shampoo, my hair feels silky and it has less hair fall. The only con I found is that very less foaming, though it may be due to the use of natural ingredients in the shampoo.

This information is simply wrong. Lectins are water soluble and are denatured when you cook the foods that contain then. You will be missing lots of very healthy foods from your diet if you follow this bogus diet.
