I have one comment to make Narmada. Your videos are very informative/healthy recipes, good thank you for that . You mentioned that in general abt software engineer some go up to project manager, it takes a long time for them to become a project manager itself . I think that is applicable on a case by case basis and not across. Some of them who have software engineering as a career they stay in the same position because there are people who want a job and also want to take care of the family and support their spouse’s career. They want to dedicate extra time to their family and having a career. So they prioritize what is important to them in their life. The next category is even being a software engineer, they can rise up to a higher level., and again it’s hard work and as you said-going above and beyond. Above all even if a person works hard, it’s also the right person at the right place at the right time.!!!
