(proud Gonja)here I posted the following comment on the platform of some Ghanaian KZbinrs and content creators who have being misusing our legendary great grandfather ndewura jakpa name on social media instead of “ japa” that’s how Nigerians spell it for that, please kindly follow up and share the awareness to all content creators to change their thumbnail jakpa instead “japa”thanks; Please note that ‘Jakpa’ is actually ‘Japa.’ Jakpa is our legendary leader, Ndewura Jakpa, the great ancestor of the Gonja people in northern Ghana. Asansan TV, you're doing well but my advice is that you should be showing beautiful background instead of showing wretched villages. I think background like Laribanga mosque is fine. There are beautiful places in Gonjaland that you can showcase. Please don't always portray Gonja people as poor and wretched people.

This is a disgrace to Gonjaland. Why will you put this on KZbin.? Every region and ethnic groups in Ghana want to show development in their area. You're showing deserted areas . Is that necessary? The Yagbon palace was moved to Damongo since 1943. So Damongo is now the capital of Gonjaland. Let's keep it that way and showcase development and to stop showing buses in Gonjaland. Nyange will never be the capital again as Cape coast is never going to be capital of Ghana again. Yagbonwura Ewuntomah knows why he moved it to Damongo, so let's respect that and acknowledge Damongo as the capital and refer to Nyange as old capital.
