Ghana and the Ivory Coast need to invest in the creation of factories to move the cocoa beans into powder, chocolate, chocolate milk etc and then sell their final goods to the world and then they can set the price. It's about production. Africans need to start producing their own products, and until they do this then the Europeans will be able to continue to pay peanuts for their raw resources like cocoa.
