I don't live in England, but a lot of my family originally came from there. Last night I was thinking about how good it feels sometimes to indulge in a bit of pride in that fact, and how I'm not all that proud of how good that feels. But then I thought of this song, and how it might serve to remind me that there is nothing wrong with taking pride in one's roots. Indeed it's fun to listen to, and I'll be listening to it again later.

@@Hairmetalfan1990 Hey are you alive? Do you need anything? We have hands and supplies from Virginia. I'm gonna contact some of my metal folks and get supplies together. I have a lot of cardboard boxes, womens clothing and accessories sm, md, lg, bar soaps, and we still have a good amount of supplies in our area we can pick up on our way out. There is a metal record store in Richmond I can also talk with them to get a supply drive going. I'll tell them Gondor calls for aid! Also, I did end up buying Steadfast on CD a few years ago because of your video. 🤟

This song reminds me strongly of the biggest threat to our culture. People on these videos usually crying about modern immigration etc, have they forgotten about the wretched welsh? The foul northumbrians and the hated west-saxons? A tragic fate for Mercia, consumed by an England we never asked for.

And still to this day we would rather bitch and cry about each other instead of slaying our true enemies within here. The Normans brought the scum in and now they rule from westmonster and destroy we Englisc. I'm Cheshire born and bred, once part of the Kingdom of Mercia, served in my County Regiment like many of my family before me, my ancestry goes back so far here that much of it is lost in the mists of time (well before 1066 for a start), England came about because we had to unite instead of slaying one another over often petty feuds, but now, we seem to bow down to and welcome invaders instated of destroying them. This is why we are becoming all but extinct in our land. I think the real terminology is known as "Cowardice". Far too much of that is being shown and not nearly enough warrior blood and mentality. @@Wraaaul And you are exactly the type of coward that allows them to take over every land that they infest. I'm sorry if my being descended from real Saxon (Mercian) warriors offends you. Having also had knights of old in my family later on and having been a soldier myself, I say it how it is and I don't hold my tongue just because it may upset others. You either say it how it is and fight back or you keep quiet and surrender. I do not do the latter. Stick to playing games and leave the real fighting for the real men of this land to do.
