Question I have the wr120ez and it has a delay between the tone and the siren. Dose tbe DSP have no delay when it comes to the siren?

Nice new setup! I got some outlet splitter cubes (the kind you can find online easily) at a thrift store as a much cheaper alternative to power towers, but should probably try one of those too. Also, I've never heard an EAS alert for any amount of money, much less enough to buy a used car!

I kind of wonder this about having a bunch of weather radios. How loud does it get when everything is going off all at once? could one hear it from outside the house? Anyway this was a incredibly interesting video because that's a lot of weather radios.

What's a good, not too expensive Weatheradio that has SAME identification and weather alert? It'd be nice if it could also receive shortwave but not a necessity. Not a handheld, ideally AC powered with battery backup. And can most of these radios be programmed to select which type of alerts and time of day sets the alarm off?

The Midland WR120 is very basic and offers customizable alerts. If you want something a bit more fancy I'd recommend the WR400 or for better sound quality the sangean CL-100

No Rockford. Afaik the 1050hz is a glitch and they should be SAME toned. Will be reaching out to MKX to get fixed

@@Benjicat33 Oh that’s cool! The 1050hz glitch was happening since 2021, maybe May 2022 after the LOT TOR which caused a Local Area Emergency. Glad your reaching out to get it fixed, it’s a bit weird for it to be a long lasting glitch like this.

Winter systems are very dynamic as you have a severe weather side and a winter weather side. Mother Nature unleashes both at the same time. These types of systems could last for several day, as opposed to a normal severe weather event in the late spring and summer months.
