A person, who is still studying and yet wants to start looking for a JOB via LinkedIn? They would be rejected at the very first screening, unless they had a line like "please, accept me for this job, I only have two months to live" in their CV. Why? Because an appeal to employer's mercy is the last thing that might actually work in case of a brave, still studying, job seeker. The other thing is, what that appeal would win for such a candidate. Out of my own experience back in the day, I can say that it's not much. "We're really sorry, but after a careful analysis of your CV, we decided to proceed with other candidates" - that's the more more polite answer, or "get lost and don't waste our time anymore" - as the previous line roughly translates into modern - day English.

Hi Thank you for the nice video. I have a question. I am a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years experience and looking for roles in the US. Originally from India, presently I am working and living in Europe. Being from India, I need H1-B visa sponsorship to legally work in the US. Though I have great experience and my resume is ATS friendly, I am struggling to get a interview for US jobs. One of the well known career coach from UK in her video suggested to change the location from Europe to US to get calls from US recruiters. Do you advise I should change my location on resume and linkedIn to US location ? If so, when the recruiter asks me why I did that what should be the answer ?

Hi there. It was great to stumble upon your videos and your channel. I have a business page on LinkedIn. Like you said, people engage more when there is a person or are people in a photo. I am well aware of this. Now I work for an employer. I am so afraid that what if I post a photo of me and people like co workers, the current employer and my future employer know I have a side hustle and it affects my employment with them? Can people find that out since the personal page and the business page are completely separate? On my personal profile, I don’t show I am the founder of the business. My business page doesn’t show who are working here. I look forward to hearing from you. And thank you for your videos.

Can you create a showcase page on a personal account? For reasons too detailed to go into I find myself in a position where I have to use my personal LinkedIn to advertise for my employer. I also want to leverage the platform for myself separately and 'showcase' myself for future opportunities and not my employer; can I do this? Essentially the "department" I want to promote is myself
