As one chapter comes to an end, another awaits a simple page turn. I too have fond memories of the volcano show as it was a must see with our kids. I am the rock doctor afterall😁. The strip is changing fast with the Trop gone and the Mirage being transformed into a huge guitar. But, just think of the future memories just waiting to be had with another generation. It's exciting. Great video!

@learnwithloganАй бұрын
What an odd way to say that those weren't included, haha. Very interesting. I'm assuming you are asking why Elvis and the International were not discussed? If so, it's because there are other topics that I felt were more important and relevant to the history of Las Vegas.

great video! my grandma moved here in the 60s and my family has lived here ever since. i grew up on newland next to the newland house,and my dad and my siblings all graduated from huntington beach high school. I really liked your inclusion of the historical pictures of those landmarks, i wish we still had some of the things that we lost to time such as the pacific railway, and the main street huntington beach sign structure

Thank you! That would have been cool. Hope you don't mind me sharing a personal behind the scenes from this documentary. I tried to think of how her house would have been set, and where her porch would have been. I tried to imagine where she would have stood in front of her home, and see if I could replicate it. After a couple minutes, I swear, I felt goosebumps in this one spot. So, I stood there with goosebumps for about 5 minutes. Probably the longest I've had goosebumps lol. It was a really cool experience and I am appreciative of all her hard work. Thanks for watching!

It’s INSANE that this great Monorail does NOT connect to the airport, and I certainly hope the City/region is intelligent enough to connect it to the airport and Brightline HSR in the very near future!!!
@learnwithloganАй бұрын
Hi Russ! From what I was told, the city got a lot of backlash from local cab drivers when the idea was proposed to connect the monorail to the airport. This was pre-ride sharing. I believe there was an agreement that it wouldn't connect to the airport. That being said, it should connect to the airport.
