What an encouragement your word study was to my heart as you gleaned from His Word on this hymn. I saw this hymn in my hymn book and looked up the meaning of Beulah Land in Hebrew and googled it and came across your video on KZbin. 😊🩷

Hello. I watched your other video on this and found it encouraging. I take pride in living off the connected grid a nd want as little moving parts as I possibly can. Since I live on a bog there is no way to put in a water ram so Im Seeking alternative means to run water for outdoor use. I write to ask you if I heard you correctly that even tho you have water flowing up hill the area you are feeding the water to is still lower than the pond? If I had a pipeline full of water would this still work if the feeding area is above the intake pond? im guessing my incline is 4 feet above the bog in a gradual slope.

I don't believe it would. The siphon would break and stop your water flow if the exit point is higher than the siphon point.

If it id like the one I had, I didn't trust it. I could see obviously larger cows weigh less the smaller ones. It would also depend where they were standing. The weight would change and I didn't trust it. I'm in the process of biting the bullet and purchasing a Gallagher setup. Seems the main 2 are TruTest or Gallagher. You will pay for this though. I need to be able to trust it or whats the point.

Good morning Eric! As I was listening to your description of Beulah Land I thought "He's talking about The Petersens-specifically Ellen, singing that lovely hymn '. I've been following them for almost four years and They have been a big part of me coming to Jesus Christ. I pray that I can get down to see them before I'm too old to travel. I love that family and became a patron. God bless you and your loved ones Eric. Thanks so much for the description!

What are your thoughts on exposing a few docile cows that are 1.5 years old, to some electric net fencing? They respect the barbed wire in place now, looking to add options for rotational grazing. Thank you for sharing this video!!
@ericgonia265
@ericgonia265 Жыл бұрын
You would need to train them to the electric fence by placing them in a smaller lot with a charged line stretched across one corner of it. They will check it out out of curiosity. After a week or two of being zapped by it, they will avoid touching the fence. Then you can start using it for your rotational grazing.

It has worked great except one thing. I've had a mouse that has chewed the cables a couple times. I had to cut off the chewed spot and reattach the cables then all worked great again. If you have an opportunity to run the cables through conduit, I would recommend doing that.

Do you know what is the science behind this? I don't mean any trickiness. Genuine question. I have been running a small 5 cow flock on rotational grazing, grass feeding.I have been doing it all organically as much as possible, and out of my 5 year, this is the first time my flock catch pink eye disease. So I am trying to figure out what I miss that cow in nature would eat that supplement them with nutrition from apple cider vinegar, sea salt and kelp.
