Hey Raji, I love your videos! Howard Law is my top choice for the FA'25 cycle and I was wondering if you have a scholarship is it conditional and do you find it hard to keep up/do people seem like they're out to get each other since the conditional scholarships depend on rank? Thank you!

@@773yanna Hi!! Thank you! I think HUSL only gives conditional scholarships so most students who have scholarships have to remain in the top 50% to keep their scholarships. However, I don’t think that really influences how competitive the school is. Law school and the nature of the legal field breeds competition but HUSL is incredibly collegial. Most people do section wide study groups and share outlines and notes with others. HOWEVER, i do think it is also dependent on the people in your section. My sectionmates are competitive but it is more so competing with yourself rather than others. I have heard stories about other classes and sections passing out notes with fake cases and wrong information just to steer others wrong. All in all, people like each other and act like it but you also have to be cognizant of who you’re receiving information from.

I’m doing my SATs in October and my LSAT next year. Fingers crossed I get a fantastic grade on both. I love seeing videos like yours. They are very inspiring and motivational. Fingers crossed that I’ll be at Law School soon. Great video and congratulations.

hello there i'm new here. just got excited to hear that you guys were watching a case whereby my country South Africa was part of. I'm a 3L law student here in South Africa. This side we did Criminal law in first year, Torts in 2nd year, and this year I'm doing Contract law with other modules. These are nice vlogs by the way. Thanks for recommending a book you were reading.

How did you study ? What were your study methods? Also can you do video exposing how you got your partner in DC ? The price ? And how your paying for rent as a law student …. I’m consisting DC but everywhere seems very expensive

Do you think Howards curve is a bit low? What was your experience with the curve? Also congrats on finishing your 1st year!

I think there’s like a B- curve which is about the same as other law schools. I personally think more people fall along the curve, some people stay above it and some below it, but for the most part, the curve really be curving😭😭😭

But also Howard law exams are closed books unlike other schools so being on the curve itself is definitely a sign of hardwork and dedication.

Thank you!! If i remember correctly, i think i had a 3.87 gpa and i can’t remember my LSAT score but i think it was like in the low 160s
