I have full scale $6000 Gibson's and others but the medical issues restrict my playing. I bought some cheap guitars with 3/4 scale. These smaller guitars don't have truss rods and how I can claim that they have more sustain. Which doesn't matter really seeing that guitars without a body sound fine. The 70s strat bodies are fun to say the least. Tons of poly on those. No heat gun and no scraping. Wipe it off and do a light hand sand after.
