Great video. I followed everything you did and Hyperspin loads up fine and shows all the console listing but when i enter one of the consoles i get a black screen. Does anyone know if there is anything else i need to do like link retroarch so it can find the roms? I'm doing mine from my usb 1TB hard drive as i have the 2019 shield pro with only 12 GB hard drive. Only one that loads up is Mame.

Thank you my friend I was upgrading SSD on Xbox one and when I tried to use offline update from usb method I was getting e101 00000504 8b050041 error Even when I unrolled from Xbox insider build I had same issue With your method I was able successful upgrade to SSD It's so much better

Hey I think something I'm doing wrong. I can't get past the bootup screen i never make it to the spot it does the Lineage OS logo it stays on the spot where the circle goes back and forth. I have left it on overnight and it stays the same way. I have tried several different versions of Lineage each doing same thing. I am using a Pi 4 . Can you help or guide me in correct direction

Some points discovered by yours truly while attempting this project, undertaken solely to get Netflix back after Sony Bravia TV stopped supporting the app (thanks Sony, good decision. That's the last major Sony purchase I'll let into my house). To business: 1) Emteria 14 will jam the Pi 4 (4G model) into an infinite crash-reboot loop during early configuration steps. 2) Emteria 13 (the version used in his video) loads and configures easily. BUT 3) The sound-over HDMI does not work. The volume controls for all apps remain obstinately nailed on MUTE. Emteria website forums insist this was fixed at 13.4 (the version the Pi Installer will serve up). This is pure, unaduterated bollocks. Upgrading to Emteria 13.7 does not fix the issue. I do not possess a TTRS cable suitable for testing the 3.5 mm stereo and composite video output. 4) Netflix app *will* install from Aptoid TV, but crashes when opened. Apparently it is looking for the Google Play infrastructure. 5) Google Play cannot be installed on the Pi as it does not achieve the Google h/w compliance required. I guess I might be able to side-load Netflix but given bullet 3, what's the point? 6) KZbin will install, but crashes when opened. I've lost the will to start the voyage, nay saga of discovery as to why. So, days of farting about in forums, about $90 sunk in kitting out yet another Raspberry Pi I did not need (all new cables and a new power supply needed of course - the Pi 3 output ports were deemed out-of-style and this sucker draws 15w 8o) ) and I STILL cannot play Netflix over my Bravia. So, if you enjoy p*ssing about with operating systems for the sake of it, this might be a great project, but my own experience has not resulted in a usable set-top box, which is ironic given the history of the SOAC the Pi was originally built on. Yes, I've got a couple of those (and a Pi 2 and two Pi 3s) that wouldn't work for the projects I was assured would be walks-over. You'd think I would learn. 8oD Maybe I can flash the Pi4 into a retro game box. That I don't need.

I followed this tutorial and try to feel others and I cannot get it to save games I can get the real time save to work but the other saves the same thing with the other buttons configuration doesn't work at all and the games themselves won't save through the in-game save options so it's pretty useless

But the Ones behind it are nice guys and will let you use the traial version for a life time. Also one Info you need a old 2GB SD Card. Hi, I'm just wondering if I use another brand insted of samsung evo will it work?

I have retrorch 1.8.9 installed on my older nvidia shield TV with udb ports. Loaded some roms onto a thumb drive. The nvidia shield TV does see the u. S b drive, but unfortunately, retrorch does not see it. I don't know what dev thought this was a good idea, Very mutiniesh Towards the end users. I've been tinkering with this on and off for Several hours. Irritating is an understatement...
