You can lock you car by pressing the lock button on the drivers side door and closing the door, no horn sound needed, stop being a jerk and annoying people locking that POS, everyone knows the bank owns it and not you

I can't for the life of me see why anyone would want this. I have a neighbour with a Mercedes and when he comes in late at night his car beeps when he locks it.

Thank you sir. I got a low tire a few weeks ago on my 2012 mercedes e350, I fixed the leak and set the tire pressure to the right level but the tpms light wouldn't go off. Watched your video and followed the steps and all is good now

It's suppose to do this. We set it up on my mom's 2015 C-Class. Mercedes lowers the decibels on the horn for acoustic lock so it doesn't disturb people in your neighborhood, or annoy you or whatever.

Just lock it with the lock button on the driver's side door and close the door, you don't need to use the key fob and annoy everyone with the horn. Geez
